This a beautiful and spacious condo. The condo was clean and very well stocked. The view is amazing! The property itself was very well maintained and only a short, easy drive to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Penthouse Condo

Had my whole family together at Avalon PH4! Gorgeous condo with all the amenities. The 2 master bedrooms are large and have upgraded bathrooms! The kitchen was well equipped, we had everything we needed. The biggest asset was the ice machine in the kitchen. Great perk! Be sure to add on the Clubhouse access and chair/umbrella service, it made everything super easy! The owner is always attentive and able to assist with whatever you need

Avalon PH 4 is everything you would expect it to be based on the location and the online photos. We had a fantastic stay and the property was wonderful. When we go to the beach, we usually cook all of our meals at the condo...it's just easier and better for us than trying to go out a lot. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with dishes, utensils, and other food prep items. The electric grill on the balcony was a nice treat. The two master suites were luxurious and well-apportioned with great ocean views. We will definitely be back. We did encounter a few small maintenance items that were small distractions from the quality of the overall experience. We hope management will all of these before the next guests arrive.

Even nicer than we expected!

Avalon Penthouse 4 was even nicer than we expected from the photos! There was tons of room for our large group to spread out and have some space to themselves. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with cookware and dishes, including both a large and small crock pots. Lots of outside seating allowed our entire group to eat on the balcony. There was also an electric grill on the balcony which was perfect for burger night. The condo also included some beach chairs, spike ball and a few other nice touches. It was our first trip to The Beach Club, and we loved it!

It was a very nice place to stay all my family really enjoyed. It had problem with the sink. It’s a motion sink, which we really didn’t like didn’t work sometimes all in all was a great experience. It was plenty of rain for all of us one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed and I didn’t like Ware it advertises gym and all of that didn’t know you had to pay extra the way it looks on the page that it was all included which it’s not. There is one pool that you can go to, but all the other things are extra.

Perfect Penthouse for Our Group of 11!

We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse! There were 11 of us, and the open layout gave everyone plenty of room to spread out. There were lots of sleeping spaces, and we especially loved having two master suites. One even had a bidet—a fun little luxury we didn’t expect! Overall, it was a great space for a large group, and we really enjoyed our stay.
