In dem Zimmer war alles da, was man braucht. Bad und Küchenzeile waren mit dabei. Ist in einem Neubaugebiet, aber dies wurde auch erwähnt. Für uns war alles okay. Gerne wieder.

Leider enttäuscht

Bei meiner Ankunft am 21.9.22 gegen 16.30h waren im Apartment alle Fenster gekippt- dies bei einer Außentemperatur von 9 Grad… das Apartment hat keine Heizkörper- einen Regler für eine etwaige (selbst zu regulierende!) Fußbodenheizung gibt es nicht - aus meiner Sicht gibt es keine Heizung und das wäre in die Beschreibung aufzunehmen… die Eigentümer (die selbst im Haus wohnen) waren laut im Treppenhaus aufgefundener Mitteilung in Urlaub - eine Telefonnummer gab es in dieser Info nicht, allerdings den Hinweis, dass man sich an die Nachbarn wenden könne, was ich dann auch mit der Frage nach der Verfügbarkeit eines Heizlüfters tat. In den folgenden 20 Minuten wartete ich im Treppenhaus (im Apartment gibt es zwar Wlan aber kein Netz) auf eine Nachricht durch die Eigentümer/Vermieter- ich traf in der Zeit auf die Mieterin des zweiten Apartments, die mir gleichfalls berichtete, dass es kalt sei und (vielleicht wegen des Neubaugebiets?) kein Netz vorhanden sei … die meinerseits geplante Dusche fiel aus, denn dafür war es einfach zu kalt und um 19.00 h hatte ich eine Veranstaltung… gegen 20.00 h bekam ich per SMS die Info, dass ein Heizlüfter vor der Tür stehe … gegen 20.30 h fuhr ich vorbei, um das Apartment ggf. etwas zu heizen, aber der Lüfter war leider nicht dort … ich habe dann entschieden, dass ich dort nicht übernachten kann und mir für die erste Nacht eine Alternative gesucht. Am Donnerstag war ich nochmals dort - da stand der Lüfter dann zur Verfügung…. er ersetzt aber keine Heizung, daher habe ich dann gar nicht dort übernachtet. Bei Schlüsselrückgabe erklärte man mir, dass „im ganzen Haus die Heizung noch nicht eingeschaltet sei“ - für mich war das (bei einstelligen Temperaturen, die in dem Zeitraum zwischen dem 21.9 -25.9. nachts herrschten) nicht akzeptabel … das Apartment liegt im Untergeschoss des Neubaus und es ist sehr schön (auch das Bad) - allerdings fehlt nach meiner Ansicht in der Beschreibung auch, dass es nur über eine recht schmale 15 - stufige Treppe zu erreichen ist und damit für mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen mit Gepäck Probleme auftauchen können. Ich habe nicht nach einer Teilerstattung gefragt, aber die Eigentümerin hat mir - was ich zumindest für die erste Nacht selbstverständlich gefunden hätte - weder eine solche angeboten noch ggf. eine Teilerstattung der Reinigungs- und Servicepauschale - wenn man bedenkt, dass ich (außer zwei Handtüchern) nichts benutzt habe fand ich das doch erstaunlich.
