Guests with guest ID's golf for a very reduced fee & also have access to all The Villages indoor & outdoor activities. Don't tell anyone - but this property is AWESOME. Loved it, want to go back multiple times and rent this - and I want it all for myself :). Host was great, home was fabulous, amenities were great, location was AWESOME, cart was fantastic...and on and on. Can't go wrong here IMO. Enjoy!

Was a beautiful home no questions asked, but for a young family in their 20s or early 30s with children I DO NOT recommend due to it being an elderly residence and having 2 cameras inside the pool area especially having little girls we didn’t appreciate that and I’m only mentioning the camera because it’s not listed in the property details and if your one of those who don’t read the full contract they make you sign after booking it’s good to mention it in the property listing, also you feel very restricted on just enjoying your stay due to the fact they actually check the cameras while your on your stay. Also for our departure we had a number text us basically asking us to clean the house for them and that if they had to do 2 loads of laundry we would be charge extra which also was never mentioned prior to us booking, mind you when we checked in the mini grill they had was dirty so we didn’t use it, also the pool heater didn’t work the entire stay, other people items where in the fridge and when I called management she apologized and said she figured it would not be 100% due to it being a new cleaning lady. But overall beautiful home but only recommended to those who doesn’t mind not having privacy or in your retirement age.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you found our home beautiful and enjoyed your stay overall. For the benefit of future guests, we would like to clarify a few points. Our home is located in a 55 active adult community, and this is clearly disclosed in our listing. The exterior security cameras are also fully disclosed in our listing, rental agreement, and house rules. They are positioned outside the home for the safety and security of our property and guests and do not monitor any interior living spaces. The pool and spa remained approximately **89°F**, as verified through our pool automation system during your stay. Unfortunately, the spa heater experienced an unexpected mechanical failure during your visit, and we sincerely apologized for that inconvenience. Our departure instructions are intentionally simple. We only ask guests to start the dishwasher and washing machine before departure to assist our cleaning team in preparing the home for the next arrival. Unfortunately, after your departure we discovered a broken kitchen island stool, an extra set of king-size sheets missing from the primary bedroom, and the home required substantially more cleaning than is typical, resulting in additional cleaning costs to us. We have proudly hosted guests for more than 13 years and remain committed to providing a clean, accurately represented, and well-maintained vacation home. We appreciate all feedback and continually strive to provide every guest with a five-star experience. Thank you Nanci

Beautiful house, wonderful pool and great location! The stay couldn’t have been better. Immaculate house, with a fully stocked kitchen, an impressive master bedroom/bath and private pool.The location was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything The Villages! Even close enough to walk to Brownwood Square. But we took the included golf cart everywhere, all the town squares and 7 golf courses.I highly recommend this property and would stay again. The host was very accessible and perfect with communication. 10/10

Loved our 5 night stay here during July. Communication with both host and property manager was top notch! Home was beautiful with ample setting for the 6 people in our group! Property was clean and the pool was used by our group almost every day during our stay Location was also a plus, with just a short golf cart ride to Brownwood, which we did daily! We will definitely stay again when we are back in FL!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean, it was well equipped with all that we needed. Check in and check out was smooth and Nanci was great to work with on everything and very accommodating. We had a couple slight issues with getting the spa heated up when we wanted to use it but aside from that everything was superbly excellent. I would recommend it and would definitely book there again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip—close to local attractions but still very peaceful. Nancy was a fantastic host. We would absolutely love to stay here again!"

A little about us—Randy and I both grew up on farms in St. Croix County, Wisconsin, and have called Hudson, Wisconsin home since 1987, where we raised our family. Hudson is a charming historic town on the beautiful St. Croix River, just east of Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Randy spent his entire career with Andersen Windows, retiring in 2017 after 40 years. I am a licensed Realtor®/Broker Associate with Edina Realty, serving clients in Wisconsin and Minnesota since 1992, while also enjoying time working remotely from The Villages.

We fell in love with The Villages in 2013 and purchased our first vacation rental property here. Over the years, we hosted more than 100 guest stays and maintained a 5-star rating for cleanliness, comfort, communication, and hospitality. Although those reviews do not transfer to a new property, our commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience remains the same. Our son and daughter-in-law now own and operate that home.

When we purchased this home in December, Randy was looking for a larger garage, and I had always dreamed of having a pool. Our private saltwater pool has just been completed, so everything is fresh, new, and ready for guests to enjoy.

We work with wonderful local property managers and are always available should any questions arise. We take pride in keeping our home exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked for our guests.

The Villages has exceeded our expectations. We enjoy the recreation, restaurants, live music, golf cart lifestyle, and wonderful friendships we've made here. Best of all, our children and grandchildren love visiting and creating lasting memories with us.

We love our location in The Village of Richmond, our neighbors are so friendly & only 1 mi. to Brownwood Paddock Square for day/night live entertainment with shopping & more. 1/2 mile walk to Harry & The Natives Bar/Restaruant, boardwalk. At Clarendon Recreation (7 min. walk) from our home we have a family & adult pool, a outdoor work out equipment for body resistance training and all the outdoor recreational activiities we love. We fell in love with this home & decided this was the one for us. We loved the open space, the natural light that beams from the front entrance to the screened Lanai. The large island for gathering. The corner lot for our Pool & Spa. Owner's suite is spacious and with a large walk-in closet and the loved the double counter height sink vanity and the walk in large tiled shower.
