Walk to the Nancy Lopez course/restaurant. We have one of the largest corner lots in The Villages.

Outdoor seating, heated saltwater private pool with a huge bird cage/screen enclosure.Tiki Hot tub,
Our kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the home is spotless clean, well appointed and modern with little luxuries that will surprise you.

We are half way between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Easy cart ride to eat, dance, shop, golf, & more! # memories

Very Happy with our stay. The Kitchen had everything we needed. In addition, all utensils and appliances were nice. Not "leftovers" from old used sets. The master suite and outdoor spaces were especially nice! Everything was just as pictured.

This place was beautiful for my family. We were there for my Mom’s friend 80th birthday party. The 3 bedroom villa was plenty room for all of us. Kim was very responsive when we had questions. Great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Or other family there will be definitely using this place. High 5 to the best Villa.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay with our 2 adult children and baby granddaughter. We all felt at home, and the pool was lovely. Kim was easy to communicate with, and we appreciated that they had a pack and play available for the baby, so we did not have to carry it on our flight. The home was clean and very comfortable. Bonus that it is a short walk to a great restaurant, Legacy.

Little slice of paradise

We arrived and were blown away at the property. It was amazing! Clean and lovingly maintained, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spent part of our vacation with our family. Our kids raved about the pool and the outdoor sitting area as well as the amazingly comfortable beds. We have everything we could have wanted in one location.

Nice size home with pool!

The home was a described. VERY nice home, quality furnishings, & Large kitchen with eating bar open to family room. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances, dishes, pans, etc. The screened pool was nice and large outdoor area gave us extra room to hang out. The golf cart was a nice though there is a fee and deposit required, and you must provide receipt proof that you filled with gas. We've rented other homes in villages that don't require that. That detail was not disclosed until after we already paid for the rental home, and it was inconvenient to have to drive it to put gas in when you are trying to pack up and check out in morning, so just plan accordingly. The neighborhood was quiet as you expect in villages. Shopping very close. All in all, its a good size home for family gathering in Villages/Leesburg area! You won't be dissapointed.

Wonderful stay at the Coconut Courtyard

Our family of 7 stayed in this home and had a great time! The kids loved the pool and eating outside in the shaded patio area. The kitchen had all we needed for meals and the beds were comfortable. The owners are very easy to communicate with and stay on top of all the details. We would definitely recommend this home for a vacation in the Villages.

The Perfect Spot!

We came as a family to golf and enjoy the sunshine and the pool after our games. Perfection! The home is exactly as advertised , actually better - so well stocked with lovely touches - with easy instructions for check in and out - and a real property owner to deal with - not a management company.

We enjoyed our stay at Coconut Courtyard and would definitely book again! Your attention to detail in the decor the cleanliness and you’re welcoming touches made us feel right at home. Everything You Need!

Very well maintained modern Villa! Every appliance or amenity needed at your fingertips from a Grayco pack-n-play to a Roomba and all top of the line quality! The golf cart was very nice with upgraded seats and arm rests! It was very fast as well making a much quicker commute to your destination!

The house is a rare gem. It's one of the largest courtyards in The Villages. It needed a complete update when we bought it but we could see it's potential. After lots of hard work, it has become even more beautiful that we anticipated.
The location is perfect. We can walk over to the Nancy Lopez bar and restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet and fun.
