Below Montana, in the district of la Combaz, 1.3 km from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 2 km from the lake, 1 km from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 1.2 km, supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Comba" 200 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 850 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 2.2 km, lake Grenon 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.3 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ice rink 1.6 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Moubra 2.2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. The building is on a sloping site. The floors are considered as levels and are counted from the ground.

Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise)). Shower/WC. Large balcony 19 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (1). Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: apartment carpark side. Non-smokers only. Accommodation on level with and adjacent to north car park and road: for bedroom and shower room only. Small auxiliary oven.

Sehr gut

Wir werden wieder kommen. Diese Wohnung hat unsere Ferien gerettet. Bei unserer Ankunft war die gebuchte Wohnung überhaupt nicht geputzt, wir waren sehr nah daran zurückzukehren. Diese 'Ersatzwohnung' war ausserordentlich sauber und gemütlich. Nur die ersten zwei Tage war sie kalt, weil sie so kurzfristig zur Verfügung gestellt werden musste. In der Wohnung fehlt nichts. Uns gefiel es wahnsinnig gut, wir kommen gerne wieder. O. und H-P. K.
