Your all-inclusive, relaxing holiday apartment in Haus Meeresbrandung.

Welcome to our holiday apartment in Cuxhaven-Duhnen, right on the North Sea beachfront. Arrive and park your car in the parking space belonging to the apartment. Enter the building via a few steps and then take the elevator directly to the fourth floor.

Upon entering the apartment, you won't find yourself searching for a light switch, but rather being greeted by the apartment's new Smart Home system with warm, inviting lighting. You enter the apartment through a small hallway. Hang your jacket on the wardrobe and place your suitcase on the luggage rack. There's also space for your shoes here, if needed. A full-length mirror is located in the hallway.

The building's swimming pool and sauna in the basement are directly accessible via the elevator. Afterward, relax under the rain shower in the large (90x150cm) walk-in shower in the bathroom. No need to worry about interruptions, as the toilet and sink are conveniently located next door in the bathroom. Both bathrooms feature a mirrored cabinet, a vanity unit and a towel warmer. A hairdryer is also provided as standard.

You'll find restful sleep in the separate bedroom with a double bed and TV. The fully equipped, modern kitchen with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven etc., allows you to cook together comfortably.

The apartment is designed with sustainability in mind: Energy-efficient appliances were selected, LED lighting is used throughout and the smart home system automatically switches off any forgotten lights.

The new smart electrical system offers a special highlight of the apartment with a wealth of conveniences. Here are a few examples:

• The room temperature can be adjusted to your liking with an accuracy of half a degree. In the bathrooms, the fans are also controlled by humidity.

• A glance at the LED display next to the entrance door shows you whether all windows are closed. Both when leaving the apartment by the entrance and when going to bed in the bedroom, you can switch off all the lights in the apartment with a single touch.

• Small LEDs on the switches make it easier to find your way around the apartment, even in the dark. You can also deactivate them completely in the bedroom.
