Long weekend Dreetz

We had a very pleasant stay in Dreetz while visiting Brandenburg for birdwatching. The house is simple but spacious and had everything that we needed. Dreetz is situated at the center of well known birdwatching places as Linum (Common cranes), Garlitz (Bustards) and Gülper See (ducks, geese and Sea Eagle).

Dreckig, heruntergekommen, schimmliger Geruch

Als wir ankamen war es extrem kalt. Es hat stark schimmlig gerochen, auch nach mehrstündigem Lüften. Teppich, Wände und Betten waren feucht (vermutlich von der Kälte), an der Salzpackung in der Küche sind die Tropfen runtergelaufen. Auch sonst war die Wohnung heruntergekommen und wir haben den Urlaub nach einer Nacht abbrechen müssen. Ein einziges Horrorerlebnis.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Das Ferienhaus ist ideal für bis zu 5 Personen. Die Räume sind groß und sauber. Leider mussten wir aus privaten Gründen unseren Aufenthalt abrechen. Der Vermieter hat sich telefonisch erkundigt warum wir unseren Kurztripp abbrechen mussten. Er möchte uns die Hälfte der Kosten zurückerstatten. Das finden wir sehr gut, da er nicht dazu verpflichtet ist. Das macht für uns auch einen guten Vermieter aus. Die Gegend hat uns gut gefallen und wir werden wieder kommen.

Ich hatte mir das alles ein wenig anders vorgestellt, ist ein altes Haus was notdürftig zum übernachten eingerichtet wurde. Der Vermieter ist höflich und zuvorkommend, aber viel mehr kann ich auch eigentlich nicht berichten ! Würde mich aber nicht nochmal für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Dangerous! Mag niet in deze staat verhuurd worden!

Dit mag je zo niet verhuren! Vies, armoedig en oncomfortabel. De omringende gebouwen rond de tuin staan op instorten. vuilnis van de vorige huurder(s) lag nog in het schuurtje. In de keuken ontbreekt bijna alles wat je nodig hebt om een maaltijd te bereiden. De verlichting bestaat uit 1 Led TL per kamer. Er is 1 schemerlampje aanwezig in het hele huis. Gebruiksaanwijzing van TV ontbreekt. Haren in douche. Vuile asbakken op groezelig buitenplaatsje en sigarettenpeuken in het gras. Electra voldoet aan geen enkele norm Op de laatste avond om twaalf uur 's nachts vlogen de vonken uit een niet afgedekt, dus open, elektriciteits-aansluitpunt in de keuken. er volgde kortsluiting. Daar heb ik een paar filmpjes van, levensgevaarlijk! Vaatwasser keuken, koelkast, badkamer, buitenverlichting en gang allemaal op één groep. Die stop hebben we er uitgedraaid. Gevaar geweken, maar daarna alles en iedereen in het donker. Naast de spoelbak in de keuken ligt een tafeldoos met stekkers, dat kan en mag niet. Rookmelders zijn niet aanwezig! Als we de vonken niet gezien hadden had het hele huis kunnen afbranden. Ik zou heel graag foto's willen toevoegen. Je schrikt hiervan. De eigenaar leek niet goed te begrijpen waar we het over hadden. Alle slechte recensies over dit huis kloppen, de goede recensies kloppen niet. Doe dit niet.

No komment Wie ich mein Unterkunft beschrieben habe dass es keine Hotel mit 5 Sterne ist und wäre schade so viel darüber zu sprechen obwohl ich für die Kunden immer zu hören war und breit war zu helfen. Und wünsche euch trotzdem einen besseren Unterkunft in Zukunft aber mit rechnen dass man ja nach Preisen so erwarten soll.

Irgendwie speziell

Wir waren von Donnerstag bis Sonntag im Grünwald Haus. So wie der Vermieter es auch angekündigt hatte,haben wir nicht viel erwartet. Aber eigentlich war alles vorhanden,was man so braucht.Wegen Kleinigkeiten hatten wir den Vermieter zweimal kontaktiert. Aber er hat sofort reagiert und geholfen. Einzig das Bad hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wir waren zufrieden, für drei Nächte war alles ok.
