Set just 15 kilometers outside of Salzburg, this 150-year-old farm’s walls tell of its rich history, while its modern interior and facilities provide everything you need for a relaxed family vacation or unforgettable getaway with your friends. The private pool, large yard, and secluded location set amidst meadows make this place the perfect retreat for guests who seek peace and quiet, while still having the benefit of being near the bustle of the culture-rich city of Salzburg.

Ground Floor
The generous entrance hall of our luxury vacation home leads to a spacious and comfortable dining room with its own tiled stove, lending itself not only for shared meals, but also long conversations and game nights. The adjoining kitchen offers everything that’s needed for a long family vacation – a fridge, an electrical stove with an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee- and tea maker. The stylishly furnished living room invites you to read a book or enjoy a film night together – our smart TV offers all kinds of options, whilst WiFi is available throughout the house. 1 sleepingroom is on groundfloor. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, as well as a WC.

Upper Floor
The upper floor is home to four additional bedrooms, each with a double bed.
And on the ground floor, there's a cozy bedroom suitable for two people.
Each bedroom captivates with a tastefully arranged combination of vintage wood, rustic cabinetry, and modern box-spring beds, complemented by stylish accessories. A bathroom equipped with a double sink and a compact whirlpool tub not only meets daily needs but also creates a private wellness retreat for perfect relaxation after a day full of activities. Accessed exclusively through this bathroom is the fourth bedroom of the upper floor.

Yard
The spacious yard boasts over 1500m2 of green, with plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy. A 4x8m private pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, a beautiful terrace with a barbecue, outdoor furnishings for a relaxed dinner among the stars, and a play area with swings and mud kitchens are what vacation dreams are made of. Give the traditional bread baking oven a try with a loaf or two, and do feel free to reach out if you’d like some help from our bread baking maestra Kati. And no worries – no one will be watching, other than a few grazing cows in the nearby fields. Feel truly at peace in our secluded location, surrounded by the mountain ranges of Salzburg.

Nestled amongst lush green fields, surrounded by mountains, and set in a secluded area, this luxury vacation home is what dreams are made of. The only neighbors are a few houses, a farm within walking distance that offers fresh milk and eggs for your breakfast table, and the cows grazing on the fields. A paved road only five minutes off the main motorway leads to our Chalet Green Pastures. A short 15-minute drive will take you to the city of Salzburg and the airport, 30 minutes to the beautiful region Salzkammergut, boasting the idyllic lakes Fuschl- and Wolfgangsee. Our luxury vacation home is also the ideal place for your furry friends - with several lanes and paths to explore right from your doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice on your daily walks.
