Private, quiet, central garden level suite

Clean, quiet, beautiful garden level guest suite. Ample natural light. Plenty of parking. Great location, close to restaurants, bear creek park, and bars. 15 minute drive to Red Rocks.

Must use stairs. Someone lives in another part of the house but the unit is still very quiet and completely private. The thermostat is upstairs, just let me know if you need it adjusted. Pets are charged as additional guests ($20/night). Please inquire before booking with a pet! The back part and backyard is private and not available to guests. Please do not enter the backyard for any reason.

The place was great for the most part! There is a sump pump in the bathroom which did have a smell so we had to keep the bathroom door closed for the most part, there was also only hand towels and bath towels no wash cloths so be weary of that when packing for travel!

Perfect location for the Mountain Crust Event Venue. Entry might be a bit short for tall folks but height seemed ok inside - but I am very short!

The place was nice and clean. It was great, good location for what we needed, dog-friendly, and good areas around to walk the pups. Will stay there again when we come back if it's available! The owners were upstairs, but you couldn't really hear them.

The space was great other than it was extremely hot in Colorado when we visited. The heat made it extra stuffy and warm in the space. Having a fan in the space would have helped a lot. I will happily stay in this space again!

We stayed for 3 nights and 2 days, and it was a great experience! The value for the rental was very reasonable, and the suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.One little heads-up for anyone unfamiliar (like us!): “Garden Level Suite” means it’s a basement suite. Coming from Phoenix, we don’t have basements, so that gave us a good laugh once we figured it out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay!

Unfortunately, this property did not match the listing description. It was advertised as private, clean, quiet, and garden level, but in reality it was a basement/lower-level apartment beneath an occupied residence, and we could clearly hear the people upstairs.The space also had a strong musty odor, along with a noticeable sewer smell coming from the bathroom. After one night, both of us became significantly congested, which made us uncomfortable continuing our stay.We ultimately had to spend part of our trip finding alternative lodging. Had the property been accurately described as a basement apartment beneath an occupied residence, we would not have booked it.I would recommend that future guests carefully confirm the layout, privacy, and condition of the unit before booking.Furthermore, I contacted Sarah the host and informed her of the issues and she did not respond for 18 hours and noted she would process a refund, and since she did not respond for 18 hours there was only one night left on our 3-day reservation, so she refunded me 75 not even the full amount for one night. I can not in good faith recommend this rental to anyone.
