About this property

Private, quiet, central garden level suite

Clean, quiet, beautiful garden level guest suite. Ample natural light. Plenty of parking. Great location, close to restaurants, bear creek park, and bars. 15 minute drive to Red Rocks.

Must use stairs. Someone lives in another part of the house but the unit is still very quiet and completely private. The thermostat is upstairs, just let me know if you need it adjusted. Pets are charged as additional guests ($20/night). Please inquire before booking with a pet! The back part and backyard is private and not available to guests. Please do not enter the backyard for any reason.
