The 1st bedroom leads directly to the 1st bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet.The 2nd bedroom has a TV, a double bed and has en suite access to the 2nd bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.That. 3rd bedroom has a TV, a double bed and also an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet & bidet.Thanks to the panoramic glazing, the living room is very bright and offers a great view. The living room has a TV, a double sofa bed for 2 people, a large dining area and 2 exits to the roof terrace.The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped and offers an oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer.The 3 bathrooms in the apartment are divided into a washbasin, shower/bathtub, toilet with bidet and offer a hair dryer as well as shampoo & shower gel for our guests.In addition, there is a guest toilet in the anteroom as well as a washing machine.In addition to the great facilities of the holiday apartments, the Sulzer Apartments in Zell am See also offer a garden with outdoor seating, a ski cellar with ski boot dryer, a games room (air hockey, table tennis, table football) as well as a free Garage for guests directly at the house.Washing machine and dryer are available to you in the common areas during your stay (registration required).The location is convincing! Located in the southern part of Zell am See (Schüttdorf), restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The most beautiful excursion destinations and activities are in the immediate vicinity. Access to skiing fun at the AreitXpress on the Schmittenhöhe is only 800 meters away, and the Zell am See-Kaprun golf course is 2 kilometers away. It is 1.5 kilometers to the southernmost part of Lake Zell.

Lägenhet i jättefint skick som föll de vuxna kidsen i smaken! Två av sovrummen har egna badrum och takterrassen går nästan runt hela lägenheten! Det står Ski in ski lut i annonsen, men det är några km till liften. Något vi noterade redan innan ankomst så det var inget bekymmer för vår del. Sammantaget är vi mycket nöjda och kan absolut tänka oss boka samma lägenhet igen! V

من افضل الشقق الموجودة في زلامسي ، يوجد بها 3 غرف نوم موديرن )متطورة الاثاث( وعدد 4 حمامات بهم شطاف للحمام. بالاضافة لوجود مكيفات هواء تبريد لجميع الغرف والصالة. تتميز هذه الشقة ببلكونة كبيرة جدا الدور بالكامل ذو اطلالات متعددة نحو الجبل والشارع والجيران ، انصح بها للعوائل التي تزيد عدد افرادها 6 اشخاص. بالاضافة ان اصحاب مكتب تأجير الشقق we rent جدا ودوديين وطيبين ومرحبين في التعامل. دمتم بود م. راشد محمد من الامارات
