The thatched-roof vacation home, with its three apartments, is located in the Toftum district of the village of Oldsum. Oldsum is a beautiful, small artists’ village on the marshes. Here you’ll find a supermarket, several small restaurants, cozy cafes, and a variety of charming shops. Toftum still has a very village-like character, and even in high season, it remains quiet and relaxed here.

Our house, with its beautifully overgrown garden, is situated between two small side streets. Next door is a farm, and directly behind it lies the marsh, which stretches about 1–2 km to the dike.

The Large Apartment consists of a spacious and beautiful living room as well as two bedrooms. The Large Apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. We’re happy to provide a travel crib for children. The large apartment can be ideally combined with the studio apartment to create a shared living space with up to 6 sleeping accommodations (plus a travel crib).

The large apartment is located on the first floor. Thanks to its Frisian gable, the apartment is spacious and bright. The living area features a cozy living room and a dining table. From the window, you can look out into the garden and across the entire village. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and a dishwasher. An antique china cabinet, a TV, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds that can be pushed together. The bedrooms are bright and inviting and feature closets. You can enjoy a nice meal or a cup of tea in your own garden.

A washing machine and dryer are available.

Dogs are always welcome.

The apartment is non-smoking.
