Located in Calahonda (Granada), Casa Sueña is a beautiful, fully renovated beach house with several terraces and a solarium. Just steps from the beach, it offers stunning sea views from every terrace. The house is ideal for families thanks to its variety of spaces.



Spread over 3 floors, the property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 11 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in the living room and all other rooms, a newly renovated kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, TV, and a selection of books and toys for children. The house has a fireplace and heating for winter. A cot is available on request.



The private outdoor area offers 2 open terraces, 2 covered terraces, and a balcony. The terraces are well equipped for dining and relaxing in the shade.



The holiday home is a 15-minute drive from Motril and 50 minutes from Granada. The nearest beach is Calahonda Beach. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Beach and pool towels are provided. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours.
