This beautiful high-end 2BR/3BA townhome is in the perfect mountain getaway! You'll be directly adjacent to the Steamboat Ski Resort, yet experience the seclusion and privacy of being across the street from the endless national forest land. The Thunderhead lift is only a half-mile away. Downtown, hot springs, restaurants, and shopping are all a short drive away. Step out to the private balcony for a beautiful view of Burgess Creek. Enjoy nearby hiking trails, or try your hand at summer fly fishing on the trout-protected creek adjacent to the property. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and unassigned parking for two cars in the open lot. Access from the parking area to the townhome is via one flight of exterior stairs.

This is the perfect ski vacation location! Adjacent to Steamboat Ski Resort, this home's quiet mountain location is across from endless national forest trails. Thunderhead Lift is a half-mile away. This townhome is a perfect combination of access and seclusion. You're less than a 10-minute drive from downtown Steamboat restaurants and brewpubs, as well as the Old Town Hot Springs for a winter soak. Only a 5-minute drive to Gondola Square for après-ski.

A spacious open-concept living area has vaulted open-beam ceilings and a beautiful gas fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling stone hearth. Watch a movie on the 47” flat-screen TV. A queen sleeper sofa, recliner, and armchair seat five comfortably. The large modern kitchen has a granite countertop and backsplash, as well as stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals at the six-person dining table, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. This three-level townhome sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The tranquil main suite has a stately king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower. A twin-size bunk bed (top bunk only) is located in the den (accessible only through the main bathroom). The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and 32” flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower with a stackable washer/dryer. A third bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Very Cozy & Convenient

Had a wonderful time and stay at this condo. It’s a short drive to the slopes and the downtown area so very convenient. Really enjoyable getaway with a small group of friends. Looking forward to coming back.

In love with this townhouse

Can’t say enough about how great this place was. Beautiful and convenient location, serene, and so many windows! Very comfortable bed and furniture. It has all you need. Shuttle was super easy to the gondola. I’d love to stay here every year!

Fun place once your inside the condo.

Good location for skiing. Nicely decorated and bedrooms were nice. No parking for snowmobile trailers amd needs more parking for larger groups. Lots of stairs.

Our local team checked it after your departure and found that there is no leak. The team removed the built-up snow from the roofs. The leak may have been coming through the fan roof vent. Nice Property!

Check was a bit challenging - the code provided was wrong. Heat was kind of weak in the basement. Overall, this is a really nice property, very comfortable. Would stay again. The daily shuttle to the ski slopes from the parking lot was an added bonus.

Condo was nice, and located in a great spot. We did leave a list of things that were broken but besides that, the condo was spacious and has a great layout for a big group. A couple of the biggest negatives have to do with cleanliness. The pull out couch was not made, and the master bedroom bed had crumbs in it, when first opened.

Great if you like pet hair

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROs: Beautifully updated end unit townhome, nicely decorated, peaceful and quiet location, well stocked kitchen with spices and oil for cooking, some basic toiletries provided, hairdryer available, board games available, lovely deck to dine on right next to Burgess Creek, great communication with property management company. CONs: Master bedroom bedding COVERED in pet hair, as well as the sofa and foyer rug. No air conditioning and just one inadequate fan provided for summer cooling. (Just bigger/better/more fans would solve this.) All towels had a sour, dirty smell to them. Master bed not very comfortable, fairly firm. Overall, this is a nice property that was generally clean except for the pet hair. If you’re looking for a pet free environment, this is not the property for you. I guess the owner has a pet, but doesn’t want other pets staying there. I understand that, but recommend disclosing this in the property listing and/or having new/clean bedding in the master bedroom for renters and cleaning the sofa better and providing a new throw blanket that isn’t covered in pet hair. If you have any sort of pet allergies, steer clear of this place. I was congested and itchy after four days and all of our belongings had pet hair on them. I would not stay here again because of it. It’s a shame, because it’s a lovely property.

Please know that the comforter and linens have all been dry cleaned, and there is no longer any sign of pet hair in the home. Cozy condo with fireplace, mudroom, and patio

Roomy condo with large master. Central heat works well and mudroom with a thousand coat hooks very handy. About a ten minute drive on snowy roads to Meadows free parking lot for the mountain. Master shower is a steam shower and divides the master from a small office with a bunk bed that our kiddo loved. Plenty of dishes and supplies. More pantry space would be good and there is not a Keurig. The condo entry is actually "downstairs" and then you actually enter on the second/main floor of the condo. Which is fine except we had the haul all the gear up and down the snowy stairs and I was worried about my elderly parents on the stairs. The outside parking made me appreciate the heated parking garages we have parked in at other condos. The kitchen is narrow and it makes it hard for two people to cook at the same time without yelling LOL. Overall a great location in steamboat, we loved our stay. Go dog sledding with grizzle T!

Quiet, cozy Getaway

The property is well appointed with modern/updated cabin decor and extremely comfortable beds/linens. It feels secluded while still being close to all Steamboat has to offer. The outdoor space is pleasant, and it sits at the base of hiking trails on the ski mountain. The only cautionary comment is there are a lot of stairs to and inside the property (2-3 stairs separating spaces on main floor and master suite, steep stair case outside to the front door) which may pose a problem for anyone with mobility concerns. And then one recommendation to the property manager: the drink coasters are more decorative than functional. While the bear paw is cute, it's not flat, so it feels precarious every time you set your cup on them. I really want to be kind and use coasters, but not at the risk of my drink spillingq everywhere.

a perfect place in Steamboat

We had a wonderful time at this property and it was perfect for our time in Steamboat. It was incredibly clean and well kept! It had everything we needed and was a very comfortable stay. We look forward to returning again ASAP.
