The renovated 75 m² apartment is located in Birresborn between Gerolstein and Bitburg, spans two floors, and accommodates up to four guests. It features one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, and a bathroom. The fully equipped private kitchen provides everything you need for your stay. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), TV (including Apple TV), fan, washing machine, and a workspace with a 24-inch monitor, mouse, and keyboard. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available. You will also find a selection of books and DVDs, as well as fresh local produce on request.
Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace with direct access to the Kyll river and mountain views. The communal garden offers additional space to relax and explore.
Parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two per stay. Events are not allowed without prior arrangement. In the garage, there is a shared bicycle room with an e-bike charging station and secure parking for motorcycles. A bus stop is 200 m away, and the train station is 800 m away.
Your hosts live on the property but not in your apartment, and have an unneutered Bernese Mountain Dog named Bruno (born November 2023), who enjoys meeting new people and animals. Nearby, you will find the ice caves in Birresborn (3 km), Dietzenley observation tower (8 km), Niedereich sculpture garden (8 km), a crime hotel with escape room in Hillesheim (16 km), and Eifelpark Gondorf (33 km). A bakery is 300 m away, and hiking and mountain bike trails start right on site.
