The light-filled apartment features comfortable amenities. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy seating area with a sleeper sofa (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and, of course, Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing evenings or a cozy get-together.


The open-concept kitchen with a spacious cooking island is modernly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher provide everything you need and invite you to enjoy relaxed cooking.


The apartment features two bedrooms, both equipped with flat-screen TVs. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom features two single beds with a nautical design, crafted in a contemporary pallet-style. The modern bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, are located right next to the bedrooms, ensuring nothing stands in the way of a restful stay.


Parking for one to two cars is available right in front of the house, in the turning circle. One well-behaved dog is welcome! Non-smoking apartment!

The quietly situated vacation home “Urlaubs-Anker” is located on a cul-de-sac in a peaceful residential area of Scharbeutz. The garden may also be used as a sunbathing area. There is ample space directly on the property in the turning area for cars to be parked there. Well-behaved dogs are allowed.

The nearby Wennsee lake, with its orchard meadow, invites you to linger and pick fruit. In the summer, depending on the season, you’ll find apples, pears, cherries, and plums here, which you’re welcome to eat right there to your heart’s content or pick and take home. The nearby Wennsee Forest or Kammerwald are perfect for hiking, Nordic walking, jogging, or biking. The beach is 1,000 meters away, which is about a 15-minute walk.
