This comfortably furnished two-room apartment is located on the first floor and features unique, tasteful touches. Thoughtful details create a cozy, feel-good atmosphere reminiscent of the Baltic Sea. The living-dining room, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette and a modern oven (compact oven with 4D convection, large-surface grill, top/bottom heat, convection grill, microwave, and air-fry function), caters to a wide range of cooking preferences.

With roller shutters and an easy-to-use double sleeper sofa, it can also be used as a second bedroom. The main bedroom is also equipped with roller shutters and features a 1.80 m bed. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the modern TV provides easy access to streaming platforms. The shower room with a toilet rounds out the amenities. Behind the house, the south-facing terrace with a garden area invites you to enjoy cozy outdoor meals or a glass of red wine in the evening.

Although very close to the beach (about a 5-minute walk), the location is pleasantly quiet. A bike storage room, washing machine, and dryer are located in the basement. Due to the steep outdoor staircase, a secluded outdoor parking spot is provided for e-bikes. A parking space with an assigned car spot is located directly at the house. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
