This beautiful, bright, renovated (03/23) 4-star vacation apartment (DTV = German Tourism Association) is located on the 2nd floor of a very well-maintained complex.<br>With its 50 m², it is tastefully and comfortably furnished for 2–3 people.<br><br>It consists of a bright living room with a sleeper sofa (140 cm x 200 cm), an LCD TV, a radio, and a dining area. <br>The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.<br><br>From the living area, you have access to the furnished southeast-facing balcony, where you can enjoy your coffee or tea.<br><br>The separate bedroom, featuring a double bed (2x90x200 cm), a closet, and an LCD TV, has direct access to the balcony. The exterior shutters ensure a restful night’s sleep.<br>The shower room is accessible via the hallway. <br><br>Coin-operated washer and dryer, as well as a bike storage room, are available on the premises.<br><br>An underground parking space is reserved for you. <br>This is a duplex garage (2 cars parked one above the other—dimensions: length 5.00 m x height 1.50 m x width 1.90 m).<br>Otherwise, you’ll have to use a public parking lot. <br>Wi-Fi is available (no refund or replacement will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).<br>This is a non-smoking apartment. <br>Pets are not allowed here.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> This residential complex is located about a 20-minute walk from the city center and the beach. It features 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from the mezzanine to the 2nd floor, which, depending on the apartment, have outdoor parking spaces or duplex underground parking spaces (not suitable for station wagons and vans). Building 21a features coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a bicycle storage room. Pets are allowed in some apartments upon request for an additional fee.<br><br>The nearest bakery, shopping options, and the town center are about 1.5 kilometers away. The exclusive shops invite you to go shopping, and you can relax and recharge in the cozy cafés and long-established restaurants.<br><br>You can explore the designated bike and hiking trails to see if Ostholstein really consists only of wide, flat countryside.
