This 3-bedroom holiday rental spans the ground floor and basement. It was newly renovated in April 2017 and features modern amenities. The spacious living and dining room offers plenty of room for the whole family, and the large dining table is the perfect spot to start your day with a family breakfast. From here, you have direct access to the sun terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms—one on the ground floor and the other in the basement. Both are furnished with a double bed and a closet. The kitchen offers everything you need for daily use. The spacious and completely renovated bathroom features a roll-in shower. You can park your car in your private underground parking space, and a laundry room is available within the complex, which you can use for a fee.

This holiday complex is located on the outskirts of Füssen and offers 10 beautiful apartments, suitable for both couples and families. It stands out for its very quiet yet central location right in the "Hopfener Triangle." You can reach Lake Forggensee, the Festspielhaus, and the Old Town on foot in just a short time. About 50 metres from the complex, you’ll find an EDEKA, and just one kilometre further on, you’ll find additional shopping options such as ALDI, LIDL, and Fristo. Some apartments come with their own underground parking space; otherwise, a private parking spot is available directly in front of the building. You can use a washing machine and dryer on the premises for a fee. The height of the underground garage entrance is 2.00 m.
