Although only a sliver of ocean view was available, the location is wonderful. Many eating options were on the property, the beach access is within walking distance and the actual home itself has everything you need for your stay.

We had the BEST time here. We have 2 littles and this place had everything we needed. Juan was so great and let us check in hours early so our babies could nap after a long travel day. Our stay was amazing, great restaurants a walk away, live music at night to enjoy from the balcony, a pool safe for the kids right downstairs, and an easy walk to the tram for the beach. This was the best vacation for families! The VRBO was clean and had everything we could have needed! GREAT vacation!

The property was great! Very convenient location to everything we wanted to do. Juan was very quick to help. The coffee maker was not working, so I sent him a message. When we came back a few hours later a new one was waiting for us.

Juan was a great host and very communicative. The property is centrally located and many things are very walkable, like a market, beach, restaurants. The property itself is a little dated so there are a few repairs that need to be made, such as fixing the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Awesome stay, property, location and owner Juan was extremely helpful and responsive. Our family of four (all adults) loved everything about this apartment and the location was the best…walkable to everything and even enjoyed the concert each night from our balcony! Highly recommend staying at this location.

Great Location

The location of the condo was perfect. We walked to everything and the beaches were pristine! Loved visiting Rosemary Beach and the manager was extremely helpful and responsive with all our questions.

The floors were not very clean. We kicked off our shoes to not bring in sand but our feet would get dirty. Light out on microwave oven and in one of lamps in living room. No detergent for dishwasher. Luckily there was dish washing liquid to do dishes by hand. TV didn’t work in bedroom with twin beds. Been in other Vrbos that had more accommodations but this owner must have unfortunately experienced other people taking advantage of him. The pools were nice but extremely warm. Felt like we were swimming in very warm bath water. Not refreshing and noticed during our stay not many people using them. Otherwise great location and adequately decorated that made it enjoyable.

Excellent Location

We loved staying at this apartment - it was right in the heart to Rosemary and an easy walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and well kept!

Location, location, location

Apartment is very comfortable and the condo building is an easy 15 min walk to a public access to Rosemary beach. Its surrounded by great restaurants and a 10 min drive to south walton pickleball courts.

Nice place. Great location, music right downstairs, bars and restaurants close by. Tram to beach was easy to catch. Just so you know the kitchen is completely cleaned out of any kind of food so you’ll have to bring your own spices, olive oil, cooking spray, etc.
