There are three comfortable bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queen beds, guests find plenty of space to unwind. Shangri la is just minutes east off I-5 in beautiful Rose Valley.

Relaxing is easy here, even if you don't know how. Get that cabin feel with all the amenities to take a break from life's hustle & bustle. You'll enjoy exclusive use of the house including; Living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen. Enjoy a large, covered porch and Deck with territorial views. Large vehicle/RV parking area is available. Jetted tub in the upper bath.

No laundry facilities are available on the property, but local wash and fold services are available at very reasonable prices.

NEAR BY: Columbia River, fishing, restaurants, hospital, parks, local businesses are all just minutes away.

Mt St Helens visitor center is approximately 22 minutes away.

The hosts reside on the property in their adjacent, separate living quarters. They maintain a private cigar lounge, with air purifiers and exhaust fan, but you may still notice mild aromas present. If the presence of these aromas offends you, you might want to find another location for your stay.

We are always interested in visiting with guests and learning about where they have been and live. We've enjoyed guests from the US, Europe and Asia. All have been welcome to join us for a cocktail or just a visit, but never a requirement.

Why they chose this property

We love the area we're in because it's rural, but only 10 minutes from town. So, we can unwind at home or on the deck, enjoying the migrating deer, observing Bald Eagles soaring above and the beautiful territorial views of the vast forested lands around us.

What makes this property unique

Because of our location, the cedar frame home has a mix of cabin and modern living. A beautiful garden room is located off the dining room allowing a delightful place to enjoy a cup of coffee, reflection and wildlife viewing. The distance from town also contributes to the incredible star filled skies at night.
