In the resort Nueva Andalucía, 1 km from the centre of Puerto Banús, 7 km from the centre of Marbella, 1.2 km from the sea, 1.2 km from the beach. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-22:00). Children's pool. In the complex: lift. Roofed, parking space n 46. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Plaza Malagueta" 350 m, sandy beach 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 24hr guard. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
