Ich fahre seit ca. 40 Jahren regelmäßig nach SPO in den Urlaub. Selten hatte ich eine so saubere Ferienwohnung. Renovierte Wohnung in älterem Hochaus. Ausstattung auf sehr gutem Niveau. Vom Balkon Aussicht über den Deich aufs Vorland und die Nordsee. Lage sehr gut direkt hinter dem Deich und fast im Ortskern Bad. Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen fußläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. In der Küche wäre eine Bratpfanne schön. Ansonsten Ausstattung sehr gut.

.... die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, fussläufig alles sehr gut erreichbar. Wohnung ist sauber und es ist fasst alles da, was man in einer Küche benötigt, wenn man sich selbst mal was zubereiten möchte. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in SPO und kommen gerne wieder

Tolle Wohnung, jedoch verbesserungswürdig wären …

… das Doppelbett ist kürzer als 2 Meter und mindestens eine Hälfte knarzt und quietscht recht laut, wenn man sich bewegt oder aussteigt. … über das fehlende WLAN fühlten wir uns vorab nicht informiert. In der Wohnung gab es eine Besuchermappe, in der von dem funktionierenden WLAN gesprochen wird. Das Modem war aber nicht angeschlossen. NICHT ZEITGEMÄSS! gesucht. … Stichwort Sauberkeit: Die Kacheln im Klo waren beschmiert und die Fenster könnten regelmäßiger geputzt werden. Wir hatten wenig Sonne, aber wenn sie schien, konnte man kaum hindurchsehen. Die Kosten für die Endreinigung finden wir daher mehr als unangemessen. … passende große Müllbeutel für den Küchen-Müll wären hilfreich, um während des Aufenthaltes Müll entsorgen zu können. … eine neue Bestuhlung im Essbereich (Bezug der Bank war sehr abgenutzt) wäre schön. … ein Hinweis, wo sich der Parkplatz mit der Nummer 39 befindet, wäre wünschenswert. Wir haben lange gesucht. Ansonsten fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung war umfassend. Helle Wohnung durch vergleichsweise viele Fenster.
