Besonders angenehm ist die Lage der Deichhäuser in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und doch zentral zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Ausstattung ist sauber und modern, die der Küche ausreichend. Hilfreich war eine kleine Klappleiter, da für nicht so groß gewachsene Personen (167cm) z.B. die Microwelle und Teile der Hängeschränke nur schwer erreichbar sind.
