Welcome to Art Your Life – Haus Schützenstraße, a place of relaxation and modern comfort in the heart of Westerland. The house offers four separate holiday apartments, all on one level, ranging in size from 50 m² to 98 m² and accommodating 3 to 4 guests. Ideal for families and couples seeking stylish and peaceful accommodation, the house features a shared garden as well as a washing machine and dryer. Three parking spaces are available on the property.

With its central location just a few steps from Friedrichstraße—the lively pedestrian zone with numerous shops and restaurants—you’ll experience the perfect blend of urban charm and a peaceful retreat. The beach is also only about 300 metres away, making it ideal for relaxing days by the sea. The promenade and many events are within easy walking distance, so you can enjoy all that Westerland has to offer to the fullest at any time.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage in Westerland, nah zum Strand und der Innenstadt sowie einigen guten Restaurants, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch der Service war sehr gut.

Eine sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung, super Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten an den Strand und ca. 8 min. bis in die Stadt. Es war auch sehr ruhig. Einzig die Matratzen sind sehr weich, allenfalls ist das nicht für jedermann ideal. Die König-Verwaltung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden immer wieder über König buchen, herzlichen Dank.
