Step inside our bright and welcoming 53 m² vacation apartment on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, which will make you feel like you’re on vacation the moment you walk in. The spacious entryway offers plenty of room for jackets, shoes, and everything else you need for a perfect day at the beach.

The adjoining, light-filled living room, with its cozy sofa, invites you to enjoy relaxed evenings—whether with a good book, a movie, or simply listening to the waves in the distance. The built-in dining area offers the ideal spot for shared meals or fun game nights. From here, you have direct access to the beautiful balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and let your gaze wander over the sea.

The kitchen, which opens off the hallway, is fully equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering—so you can prepare your favorite dishes in a relaxed manner even while on vacation.
The modern, brightly tiled bathroom offers plenty of space for your daily routine and, with its welcoming atmosphere, ensures a pleasant start to the day.

A sturdy wooden staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where the two lovingly furnished bedrooms are located. The first bedroom features a cozy double bed (2x 90x200 mattresses) and a spacious closet, while the second bedroom has two single beds (90x200)—ideal for children or traveling friends. All rooms can be darkened for a restful night’s sleep.

A private parking space is available right outside, and for cyclists, there is a convenient bike shed in the courtyard.
You can also use a shared washing machine and dryer (for a fee) on the first floor.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be exceptional cases where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 dish towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The visitor’s tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as linen packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.,” and many other services:
