Bright and friendly holiday apartment on the 1st floor at the rear of the holiday complex. The apartment has a spacious living-dining area with adjoining kitchen, 1 sofa bed, hallway, bedroom with space for an existing cot and a shower room. There is a French balcony, stereo, flat screen TV and laminate and tiles throughout the apartment. Free WiFi is available as well as a 2nd TV in the bedroom - remote control with Netflix button! The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, coffee maker, Krups capsule machine, toaster, kettle, stove with 4 hotplates and oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available in the café on the ground floor of the holiday complex. Included is an underground parking space (duplex) with the possibility to store bicycles and surfboards. In the basement of the house there is also a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer. In the village in the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are restaurants, cafes, snack bars, beer pub, bike rental and small shops, surf school and surf shops and a fishing cutter. Bathing and surfing opportunities are available in Orth, the Flügge and Püttsee bathing beaches can be reached quickly by bike or car. The harbor with its maritime atmosphere offers a wide range: barbecue areas, children's playground, various restaurants and shops. There is a surfing, sailing and kitesurfing school. There is a large, child-friendly bathing bay just a few meters from the port.
