We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

POOL HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)

>We may ask for a $500 deposit hold, or $1000 for holidays

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
This is a smoke-free property. Please no smoking of any substance, including vaping. A $500 fee will be assessed for any violations.

We love pets, but due to allergy reactions, pets are not allowed.

Only registered guests are allowed. If you have had last minute changes and need to add a guest, please let us know.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. No late night noise. City ordinance states that any music is audible from the property line is in violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

If any parties or gatherings are at the home during your stay, we will have to cancel the booking effective immediately.
