The 100 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests with a sofa bed. For groups larger than 10, identical rooms are available on the upper floor (with one bathroom with shower and kitchen) for a total of 23 beds, including an additional sofa bed in a second living room. Extra rooms will be prepared and made accessible based on the number of guests booked. Up to 6 double beds can be arranged for couples upon specific request and for an extra fee; additional beds are available for an extra fee, to be agreed upon depending on the number of guests beyond 23. Amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.



The apartment has a private garden for relaxing mornings. Parking is available. Large pets are allowed with a security deposit, and air conditioning is not available.
