Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, TV with Roku online streaming (sign in to your preferred streaming services), nightstands with storage and USB chargers, dresser, large walk-in closet with clothes hangers, luggage rack, ceiling fan, clothes hamper. This space also features a desk and HP Laserjet printer for guest use.

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, TV with Roku online streaming (sign in to your preferred streaming services), nightstands with storage and USB chargers, closet with clothes hangers, luggage rack, ceiling fan, clothes hamper, room darkening shades.

Bedroom 3: Two twin sized beds, nightstand with storage and USB charger, dresser, closet with clothes hangers, luggage rack, ceiling fan, clothes hamper.

Living Room: Queen sized sofa bed, loveseat, end tables, lamps, 52” Smart TV with Roku online streaming (sign in to your preferred streaming services), ceiling fan, entertainment center with electric fireplace for extra warmth in the winter, books, board games, and puzzles.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, plates, glassware, and serving dishes. A Keurig coffee machine, toaster, microwave, air fryer, and blender are also provided.

Primary Bathroom: Double sinks, walk-in shower, toiletries, blow dryer, and essentials.

Secondary Bathroom: Shower/tub, toiletries, blow dryer, and essentials.

Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, detergent, iron, ironing board, Dyson cordless vacuum, and extra towels.

Dining Area: Breakfast nook with seating for 6.

Closet: Oscillating fan, extra towels and linens, first aid kit.

Garage: Parking for 2 cars, toolkit, extra outdoor chairs and easy-up.

Exterior: Partially covered patio, expansive deck surrounded by beautiful wrought iron fencing, and access to a private fenced back yard with a view of the pond and golf course, BBQ Grill, outdoor table with seating for 6 as well as additional seating, and gas-lit fire table. External motion-sensor lights on site for security.

Extended stays: We welcome extended stays! For reservations longer than 28 days, a rental agreement will be required. We’ll send this through Airbnb messaging after booking.

You will have access to the entire house, including the two car garage.
