This is a newly listed property, so prices are low to get it started! Take advantage while you can :) This beautiful escape is the perfect home base for your trip to Grand Lake. With three king bedrooms and a bunk room with 4 twin-over-full bunk beds, you will find plenty of space to relax. Three bathrooms add convenience for everyone in your group. The tranquil atmosphere invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living areas or enjoying some quiet time, this pleasant retreat has you covered. Not to mention, the yard space! A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. We also have a private dock that is shared with our other rental house located within walking distance, let us know if you want to book both places for a larger group! :)

Please bring trash to the shared dumpster down the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
