Garden studio

The property is situated on a charming, quiet, and very spacious garden lot surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the unspoiled neighborhood of St. Georgen. It consists of two separate units: the tower house at the rear of the property, which is integrated into the main house, and the detached studio at the front of the garden. Both units can be booked together or separately.

The studio consists of two very bright rooms with large windows offering a direct view of the garden. The spacious living area features an open layout and offers space at the back for a sofa/pull-out bed and a TV and reading corner. At the front is the fully equipped kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, coffee maker/espresso machine, and dishwasher, as well as a dining area for four people; there is also a separate small bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The separate toilet is located next to it. The cozy bedroom features a romantic double bed and a large closet. An ironing board with an iron and a clothes rack are also provided. A sunny terrace with a pergola and various seating options is exclusive to the apartment. The well-maintained garden is accessible directly from the living room.

When designing the rooms, I strove for a clean, tasteful style that has been very well received by my guests so far.
The house and garden were created from a harmonious overall concept that is still evolving and changing, because it’s very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do.


There’s an excellent tavern right nearby. There are also various supermarkets, organic grocery stores, and two weekly markets (Wednesdays and Saturdays).
A variety of restaurants and cafes, the movie theater, and the many cultural events make Dießen an interesting and lively place. In just a few steps, you’re right in nature or right in the heart of town. The Ammersee is about a 15-minute walk away. On the way there, it’s worth making a detour to the Marienmünster, a former monastery church, or the Carl Orff Museum. Many small shops and cafés line the path to the lake, which features a beautiful lakeside promenade, a steamboat pier, and a mini-golf course. Here, you can rent pedal boats, sailboats, and surfboards, or take a steamboat tour. There’s also a lovely bird-watching station with a unique view across the lake all the way to Andechs Abbey.
The St. Alban beach is a popular gathering spot in the summer for water lovers and sunbathers alike.

Dießen has a train station and a local bus stop.
Each vacation rental comes with one parking space.
