⚠️ Motorized watercraft are allowed on the lake, but boats that create large waves are not recommended.

⚠️ The chalet is connected to a surface well and septic system. Responsible water usage is appreciated during your stay.

⚠️ Please respect the neighborhood and maintain a reasonable noise level at all times.

⚠️ Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not included.

⚠️ No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
