We are longtime hospitality owners who spent many years welcoming guests to watercraft, cabin, and yurt rentals along a river. After selling our family recreation business, we chose to keep our favorite type of lodging, the yurt. We now enjoy a slower season of life, living near family and sharing this special place with guests. Our daughter, Savvy, lives on the property and helps us ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.

We love these 20 acres with pond and mountain. The property offers the beauty of a rural retreat while remaining just minutes from Greenwood and Fort Smith. The pond, wooded glade, and mountain made it the perfect place to put down roots near our family.
