This property was a WASTE OF TIME‼‼ Claim it was double book, yard was not presentable nor was the grass cut. The people that they choose to let stay broke the key box when they gave me the code for it.

This person was not a guest of the property and only saw the outside of the house which is why no comments were made in their review regarding the interior. The grass had just been cut and all garbage from the previous tenants had been disposed of by the manager. The manager and current tenants felt threatened and were fearful of vandalism and consequently left for a few hours with anything expensive they had brought with them. This person refused to leave until they were paid so we paid them $500 from our personal bank account as we had never received any deposit from them.
