Here, you can unwind among 1,000-year-old olive trees, surrounded by flowers and herbs!

Nestled in the heart of 14 hectares of magnificent olive groves lies our “Podere Le Chiuse.” A private access road (approx. 800 metres), lined with cypress trees and oleander, leads to our lovingly restored country house, which is situated on a hill and is approximately 300 years old. It is divided into 4 apartments, each measuring 50 square metres.

The “Panorama” apartment is the one with the most beautiful view! It is high-quality, tastefully furnished with great attention to detail, and accommodates 2–3 people. It is perfectly equipped with all the necessary amenities and consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom with toilet, and a private, covered terrace offering a breathtaking view of the lovely Tuscan hills.

NEW: Since May 2022, you can cool off in our large outdoor panoramic pool (12 m x 5 m) with a flamingo shower, soak up the sun, or simply enjoy the breathtaking view. The pool features special cleaning filters and thus meets the highest hygiene standards.

Numerous pavilions & sunbathing areas are also available on our property—pure relaxation!

“Le Chiuse” has been farmed organically for over 30 years; here, nature is still in good shape. We produce our own olive oil—virgin and extra virgin—
—to the highest quality standards. Of course, you can also purchase it from us!

It’s about a 10-minute walk through our picturesque olive grove to Caldana, where you’ll find a bakery, bars, an ATM, restaurants, a church, a supermarket, and various shopping options.

The peace & relaxation of our guests are very important to us, so we ask for your understanding that our farm, “Le Chiuse,” is unfortunately not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
