I enjoy this neighborhood because it is close to everything in Dallas. We are 7 mins from the State Fair. And 10-15 minutes from Downtown Dallas.

My property is unique for it luxurious vibe. The rooftop is amazing. The movie room with the pool table is top tier. All of the furniture is modern.
