Entrance, living room with sitting area (two sofas) and a smart TV. Dining area with a dining table for 4 people. The living area is connected to the bathroom with a very spacious rain shower, underfloor heating, toilet, hairdryer, vanity unit and socket. There is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, Nespresso, Delonghi with fresh coffee bean machine, kettle and refrigerator with food compartment. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, both with two single box spring beds of 90x200. Next to each bed is a bedside table with reading light and a socket with USB connection. There is a large landing equipped with a large wardrobe. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity unit, socket and underfloor heating. Garden with east-facing terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning. There are adjustable garden chairs with cushions and a parasol. You can also make free use of our wellness garden with Barrel sauna, Jacuzzi and lounge area with fire pit, which you can reserve in blocks of 2 hours with the owner. The wellness garden has a unique view, in the spring the lambs jump past and in the evening you can even see the light of the lighthouse.

Special about this accommodation
Tea, coffee, salt/pepper, sugar and milk are provided. The beds are made as standard and linen and towels are included. The windows are covered with blackout roller blinds. All rooms upstairs are equipped with insect screens. There is a private parking space. The floor has underfloor heating. The house is sustainable and energy neutral through the use of solar panels, a solar boiler and extra insulation measures. For children there is a playing field with play equipment, trampoline and a seesaw seal. You can also use the "Fietsenboetje", a locked shed for bicycles including electricity connection. Behind the bicycle shed are the stables of the horses Ymme and Marije. The Gin and Tonic pigs also roam here. These sweethearts love attention and a piece of fruit! On the lawn there is a Barrel sauna for shared use with a panoramic view over the Texel farmlands. There is also a charging station for electric cars for communal use.
