'Villa Tiphareth' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Marbella, the villa "Tiphareth" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

This 400 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 18 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, cable and satellite TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer.

A baby cot is also available.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with an unfenced pool (open from 9 am to 9 pm), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower.

The beach is a 10-minute walk away and there is a bus stop 300 m away for public transportation to the centre of Marbella. A regional restaurant and a small supermarket can be reached within 200 m of the villa.

The host also offers to organise barbecue and paella evenings.

Free parking is available on the street.

Parties are prohibited after 11 pm, as silent hours must be respected.

One pet is allowed.

Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.

Beach/pool towels are provided.

Airport transfers are available upon request, as well as a shopping service prior to the arrival of guests.
