Bright dream penthouse with private roof terrace and stunning sea views

The modern built penthouse apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace with beautiful sea view and also a private roof terrace on the 10th Floor with a summer kitchen, barbecue and shower. The apartment has direct access to the underground garage.

In front of the apartment there is a large private swimming pool and a recreational park. There are kilometers of sandy beaches a few hundreds metres away.
Behind the complex you can enjoy a beautiful nature park with salt lagoons and bike paths.
The facility is located only 30 minutes from Alicante airport and Murcia Airport.
The location is well connected. All amenities are within walking distance.

The additional costs (payable cash on arrival) are: 70 € for cleaning and laundry + Electricity consumption 0.35 €/Kw.
We ask for a security deposit of 300 €. Deposit is payable on collection of the keys and is refundable upon the day of departure.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist ein zusätzliches Plus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir können das Appartement uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Great property

We had a great time the apartment was very clean very well equipped with everything you could need. The host Alex was lovely and helpful. It was also so quiet and a lovely pool area very clean all round. Roof terrace was very quiet and sunny. We had a great stay, when we go back to the area would love to stay here again.

Utmärkt boende m spektakulär havsutsikt

Välutrustad, fräsch och ljus lägenhet med fantastisk havsutsikt. Rymlig balkong med förmiddagssol. Privat takterrass med sol hela eftermiddagen. Privat parkeringsplats i garage ingår. Skyddat och lugnt område intill några av Spaniens bästa stränder. Breda stränder med finkornig sand. Restaurang- och caféutbud ok. Större utbud i närliggande Torrevieja. Trevlig marknad i närområdet varje onsdag.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Great view from sunny balcony. Well equipped modern apartment in great location near La Mata square and beach with the efficient and very quiet air-conditioning ensuring a good nights sleep.

The apartment was as described, everything that one required (and comfy beds... which is not always the case :) ) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; supermarket, beach and many restaurants all within walking distance. Can recommend El Pozo and Las Flores Playa. Good communication with Alex.

Agréable séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche des commodités, de très bons restaurants et de la mer. La piscine est très grande ainsi que ses abords où il y a des pieds de parasol à disposition. La literie est bonne, la climatisation très appréciable et l'appartement est pourvu de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. L'insonorisation est bonne. Le propriétaire est accueillant, sérieux et ponctuel. Nous avons passé 15 jours en août très agréable.
