Host is a Beach Comber and owns 2 condos in this building. If you need a 2 bedroom we can offer you that as well. We enjoy the condo too with my Family & Friends in August. So much so ,that we needed another so we could all stay close to one another. I hope to retire here one day because its my "Happy Place"!

It is a great location and the building is very well built and well maintained.
The condo has weathered many storms and is safer than most because of
inside hallways & hurricane proof windows & doors. Also the space is bigger
than the newly build properties with large bedrooms & open living space.
