This is our second stay in the condo. We love the first floor condo, you cannot beat it. Not to mention the pool is right outside the front door.Parking is easy, not a high rise condo.Short short walk to the beach.Plenty of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Washer and dryer are great.

The view was great, as advertised. It was a short walk to the beach, the pool was nice and the building is close to lots of restaurants and stores. However, the kitchen cabinet doors should be replaced and the drawers in the bedroom are not good quality relative to the rental cost of the unit. Also, the cleaning was not great. Dishes were not clean, some dishes were left in the dishwasher and towels left in the dryer, the outside front windows were dirty, and there was a slight odor in the entry area.

All was great!! Perfect beach location. Rooms were clean all was great. Although I do have one complaint, but had nothing that the host could do. The TVs loose Internet connection. We were without tv for the first two days. Host help me call someone to come look at the cable box. Someone finally came on the third day. And it only worked that day. Next morning we woke up to the same problem for the rest of our stay. Which was really a bummer cause we couldn’t go into the beach cause of high winds.

The Perfect On The Beach Condo!

This place is perfect for those that want on the beach, by the pool, and easy access to the parking lot. Great layout of rooms, all the comforts a guest could ask for. Well kept up and the Host communicates exactly well. Highly recommend this property.

Everything about the reservation through the communication with the host and check in/ out process was very convenient. The place was clean, the beach was amazingly clean, and beach access was great, just as pictured. The biggest let down for our trip was renting the condo with the expectation that we could wash clothes and keep up with laundry throughout out stay, and finding out 2 days before our stay that the washing machine was broken and could not be fixed before or during our stay.We made the best of that situation, and still enjoyed our stay. We would still go again, but I’d hope to have a working washer next time! The host did offer to deliver clean towels if needed, but we passed on that option.
