The two-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, air conditioning in the bedrooms, fans throughout the house, heating and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available. The house features a private pool exclusively for guests, an open terrace and a charcoal barbecue. Nearby recommendations include coastal towns such as Vilanova i la Geltrú, Calafell, Sitges, Roda de Berà and El Vendrell, the medieval village of Castellet next to the Foix reservoir, the Romanesque castle of Calafell, the monasteries of Poblet, the Port Aventura amusement park and the Aqualeón water park. There are five parking spaces available on the property. A maximum of one pet is allowed for an additional fee. From the fourth night onwards, a discount applies. Please do not leave pets alone, do not allow them to swim in the pool or climb on beds or sofas. No parties with noise or damage to objects are allowed. Smoking is only permitted outside. This is a detached holiday home, part of an estate where the owners reside. Every morning, cleaning and maintenance of the pool and outdoor areas are carried out. The house is situated in the countryside, in the heart of the Penedès plain and surrounded by vineyards.
