Each bedroom has an additional TV with a built-in DVD player. On this floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.<br><br>The house is fully equipped with easy-to-clean floors (light-colored vinyl flooring in the living area) and has smoke detectors in every room. <br><br>The patio is furnished with comfortable high-back armchairs, a table, and a parasol.
