Beautiful, brand-new (completed in June 2022) upstairs apartment within walking distance of the outskirts of Greetsiel!<br><br>The spacious living area features a cosy L-shaped sofa and a separate armchair. From there, you’ll have a great view of the large TV with a connected stereo system. You can also step out onto the furnished balcony from here; a beach umbrella is also provided.<br>Adjacent to this is the dining area and the kitchen. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, freezer, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, electric kettle, radio, and toaster.<br><br>Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a TV, and a wardrobe, as well as the bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rack, washing machine, and hair dryer.<br><br>In the attic, behind a lockable door, you’ll find another bedroom with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m), a chest of drawers, and a TV. From here, you also have a great view across the fields all the way to the dike!<br><br>The entire upper floor features underfloor heating and high-quality laminate flooring. Pleated blinds are installed throughout the apartment; one bedroom has electric exterior roller shutters, and blackout pleated blinds are installed in the attic. Fly screens are also provided. Board games, fleece blankets for the balcony, and a lovely tea set round out the amenities.<br><br>A well-behaved dog is welcome in this apartment upon request; smoking is not permitted. In the storage room, you’ll find a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and a clothes drying rack.<br><br>Next to the house is a large storage shed with an electrical socket where you can charge your e-bikes.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi is available! (We cannot guarantee unlimited availability or sufficient speed.)<br><br>The parking space is located right next to the house. A wallbox can also be used for an additional fee and upon prior registration at the time of booking.<br><br>The “Anker” and “Boje” accommodation is located in the same building, should you need more space.<br><br>This bright and welcoming apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle of Greetsiel in Neu-Hauen, yet the centre of Greetsiel is still within quick walking distance.<br><br>You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterwards for a fee.
