The “Grünes Segel” vacation rental, with approximately 47 m² spread over two floors (ground and upper floors) of the “Langeooger Viermaster” house, can accommodate up to 4 people. It’s ideal for small families, with or without a pet. Thanks to its private entrance, the apartment feels like a small townhouse.<br><br>The apartment is divided into a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a terrace with a beach chair.<br><br>The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed with pocket springs (180 x 200 cm), a 32-inch LCD TV, and a safe.<br><br>The cozy living room is equipped with a modern sleeper sofa (140 x 190 cm), a dining table, the Samsung “The Frame” multimedia TV (43-inch), a Sonos Wi-Fi speaker, and an electric fireplace with a remote control.<br><br>The separate kitchen, which greets you as you enter the apartment, features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Here, you can prepare meals to your heart’s content and enjoy them together at the dining table in the living room.<br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer. A separate toilet is located on the first floor.<br><br>Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the apartment. Check-in and check-out are convenient and offer maximum flexibility via key safes.<br><br>Cribs, high chairs, and safety rails for the full-size beds can be provided upon request.
