During your stay, discover the wide range of recreational activities, such as hiking and biking, in the picturesque surroundings of Landshut. An unforgettable alpaca hike in Oberwattenbach is also an option. The Erding Thermal Baths and the thermal baths in Bad Gögging are just a 45-minute drive away. The basement apartment, with a separate entrance, offers 100 square metres of space for up to 4 people. It features 2 spacious bedrooms (25 square metres each) with comfortable double beds. One bedroom features a double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m, while the other has a 2.00 m x 2.00 m box-spring bed that can also be used as two single beds. Both bedrooms have a large flat-screen TV with satellite reception. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, bread maker, refrigerator, electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a selection of cooking utensils. Here you can prepare your meals as you please. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, corner bathtub, and shower, as well as underfloor heating. You also have access to a 60-square-meter terrace with comfortable patio furniture. Since February 28, 2026, Müllstein’s Grander water has been used throughout the entire house. Our entire water system—from the kitchen to the bathroom—is revitalised using the Grander method. Payment is due on-site in cash upon arrival or via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed for a fee (small dogs: 10.00 EUR; large dogs: 15.00 EUR). An extra bed is available upon request for an additional charge. A bread roll delivery service is available upon request and by arrangement. For long-term stays, bed linens are changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week. Dishwasher tablets and cleaning supplies are included for the dishwasher. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, toilet cleaner, soap at the sink, and a hair dryer.
