BEDROOMS
This condo offers 2 bedrooms with smart TVs and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Primary Suite – Unwind in a serene king bed, complete with an en-suite full bath, workspace, smart TV, walk out balcony and refined mountain-inspired decor. A perfect escape after a day on the slopes or trails.

Bedroom 2 – Ideal for groups or kids, this versatile space includes two Full beds (bunk style) and two Twin beds (bunk style), offering both comfort and functionality. An attached full bath adds privacy and convenience.

An additional pullout sofa bed in the living area provides space for 2 more guests, making this home perfect for families or friends traveling together.

BATHROOMS
The condo has 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms, featuring bright lighting, large mirrors, and plush towels. Both bathrooms include showers and are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Designed with comfort and connection in mind, this open-concept condo invites you to unwind in a spacious living area featuring an oversized sofa, cozy fireplace, and smart TV—perfect for movie nights or curling up with a good book. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

We are only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Other things to note
This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times-parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
-Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy.
-Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
-Early check ins may be requested before or on the day of check in, just reach out to one of your hosts and we will get back to you. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.


- No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
- Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
- Please remove your shoes by the front door
-Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
-We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
-Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
-Please ensure you don't leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
-No Pets Allowed
