Set in the heart of Canet de Mar, a modernist town on the Barcelona coast, it’s a family-friendly, peaceful, and very safe area with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants offering excellent cuisine. The property is on a quiet street, less than five minutes’ walk from the beach and the endless seafront promenade—perfect for strolls by the sea or sports activities. Several hiking routes start from the village towards El Montnegre and Corredor. Its location allows you to easily visit both Barcelona and the Costa Brava.



Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an additional fee, payable on arrival. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. Guests under 25 cannot check in. No parties or unregistered guests allowed. This is a family property.



Located in a residential area: by municipal regulation, noise and loud music are prohibited after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and after 21:00 on other days. Please respect the neighbors’ rest.



A municipal car park is two minutes’ walk from the property. Parking can be reserved directly there.
