Unfortunately, we cannot control unexpected heat waves, and we always encourage guests to review the property description and listed amenities carefully to make sure a home will meet their needs before confirming a reservation. In this case, the guests arrived at the property and chose to leave after realizing there was no A/C. We completely understand that air conditioning may be an important amenity for some travelers, particularly during unusually hot weather. However, the property was clearly disclosed as not offering A/C. We take pride in being transparent about our home and want every guest to have a great stay, which is exactly why we make our amenities and property details available before booking.
