In the surroundings with a great variety of animals and plants you can enjoy hiking and cycling, climb the peak of Skogshorn or try different routes by mountain bike in Hemsedal. In winter, a large network of cross-country ski trails is just 10 minutes from the house. You can join the trail network from Gravset and walk to Golsfjellet, where there is a large network of trails. If you don't want to walk from the cottage, it is not far to Gravset ski stadium and the best cross-country ski trails in Hemsedal.
